A true innovator, Daniel created a time saving tool using a code to pull large datasets from Environment Canada website: This greatly reduced the time in pulling data for baseline reports. He is well versed in datalogger programming and is a great source for reviewing edits done to existing and new datalogger programs, saving us time and saving the client money.	Kelsey has had a tireless commitment to excellence in water quality work, while facing time challenges, significant pressure, and many barriers. Kelsey coordinated a water quality working group presentation preparation in addition to performing her own water quality effects assessment for the model results. Her very long hours every day for three weeks enabled numerous challenges to be identified and resolved.	In August, Jason Northcott represented Rescan at a very important client meeting and an external advisory committee. In the absence of the project manager, he successfully presented highly technical information with confidence and positive professional approach. The client thanked and congratulated him via email upon conclusion of the meeting.
